Save HWP or HWPX as PDF

In Document → PDF, choose one Hangul document and wait for its preview. Select Save PDF using print, then Open print dialog. Choose Save as PDF as the browser print destination and select where to save the file.

Closing the print dialog does not confirm that a file was saved. Reopen the PDF and compare Korean fonts, tables, images and page counts with the original. An authorized user must unlock password-protected files first.

Convert Word, Excel or PowerPoint to PDF

Choose a Word DOC or DOCX, Excel XLS or XLSX, or PowerPoint PPT or PPTX file, then select Create PDF. When conversion finishes, check the filename and download the PDF.

Office conversion downloads about 252 MiB of conversion files on the first run and accepts files up to 50 MiB. A desktop with sufficient memory is recommended. Fonts and print settings can change line breaks, tables, slides and page layout.

Convert PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint or HWPX

In PDF → Document, choose an output format and page range. DOCX creates text paragraphs for Word; XLSX estimates table cells from text positions. PPTX and HWPX create basic slides or paragraphs with editable text and separate images. Hangul output uses HWPX, not the older HWP format.

Original layout, table structure, formulas and vector shapes are not restored. Long content may continue on additional pages or slides. Choose TXT if you only need plain text.

Recognize text in scanned PDFs

Use automatic OCR when a PDF has no readable text. Korean and English are supported. Choose Tables / scattered text or Continuous paragraphs to match the source. Searchable PDF applies OCR to every selected page.

Scan pictures remain images, with recognized text handled separately. Check numbers, table reading order and recognition errors. The first run downloads recognition files, so it cannot start offline.

Convert images to PDF or PDF to images

In Image → PDF, arrange JPG or PNG files and choose A4 fitting or original image size. In PDF → Image, choose PNG or JPG, resolution and pages to download a ZIP of page images.

Cancel, recover and try again

Canceling creates no new result. Office conversion ends that document’s engine so the next file can run without reloading the page. Queue a failed file again to retry. Keep the original and, if needed, change the page range or output format.

Convert several documents or PDFs at once

Choose or drop multiple files to open the batch queue. Add up to 20 files, 50 MiB each and 200 MiB total input; files run one at a time. PDFs process up to 200 selected pages per file, applying the chosen page range to each file. Failed files can be queued again.

Download results individually or in a combined ZIP. For PDF to image, that ZIP contains the per-document image ZIPs. Up to 128 MiB of results are retained, and combined ZIP creation supports up to 64 MiB of results. HWP / HWPX require individual printing after automatic conversions finish and are excluded from the ZIP. Image to PDF continues to combine multiple images into one PDF.
