Is it okay to remove line breaks within a list?
If sentences copied from a PDF are broken at every line, you can use Merge Line Breaks. On the other hand, removing all line breaks from data where each line is an item, like a contact list, will destroy the boundaries between items.
Removing duplicate lines also requires caution if the same product name refers to different transactions. Apply one necessary task, compare the original with the result, and ensure the list count and spacing are as intended.
