Long and Unique
It is recommended to use different passwords of at least 16 characters for each site and store them in a password manager.
Strength Score
Calculated based on estimated guess attempts and patterns like common words, repetitions, and sequential characters. It does not check for leaks or the multi-factor authentication status of the account.
Estimated Crack Time
A comparative value assuming a stored password hash is leaked and an attacker can attempt 10 billion guesses per second. Actual time varies greatly depending on the site's storage method and security settings.
Is the estimated crack time a guaranteed measure of security?
Generate a password after checking the length and character types allowed by the site you intend to use. Keep the generated value separate from passwords you reuse elsewhere, and check if it is successfully registered on the intended site.
The strength score and estimated crack time are comparative values based on set assumptions. It does not mean the result has been scanned to see if the account was leaked, if login attempts are restricted, or if other protection measures are in place. Do not write the actual passwords you use in bug reports or examples.

Are the generated passwords saved?
No. They disappear once you leave the current screen.
Does the estimated crack time mean actual security time?
No. It is a hypothetical value to compare the strength between passwords. Actual attack conditions vary based on login attempt limits, password storage methods, and multi-factor authentication.
Are copied passwords safe?
Since other apps can access the clipboard, it is recommended to copy and overwrite it with something else after use.
Does a high score mean it's confirmed not to be leaked?
No. It is the result of analyzing the pattern of the entered string. It is not a feature that queries leaked accounts or databases.
Can I see the generated password again if I close the page?
This tool does not store generation history. Before closing the page, save the chosen value in a secure storage method that you use.
